Administering HR Pre-Qualify To A Job Seeker

The automated HR Pre-Qualify system is available to job seekers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week (24/7). Candidates access the system using either of the above-described methods. Once they are connected, the system gives each responding job seeker the employer’s customized introductory message, including a description of the specific job for which the person is applying. Next, the system asks the job seeker a structured sequence of questions.

Once job seekers complete the questionnaire, they are thanked and informed what the next steps in the process will be, if any. Typically they are told that if further information is required, they will be contacted by the employer.
